ALOHA SWING is a tank cleaner and detergent for the inside and outside of containers, and was developed to clean easily with rapid efficiency in factory workplaces. It is the world’s first special product developed to wash in a short time the floors (veneer board, plastic, steel, aluminum) of containers stained with oil, and is used to wash off heavy crude oil, carbide, animal and vegetable oil fatty acids and oil stains on vessel cargo tanks (NLS TANK).
It is also a multipurpose detergent for old oil stains on concrete floors, ceilings, windows, etc. This product does not contain toxic chloride, abradants, phosphate, or silicate and is eco-friendly, nonflammable and superior not only in anticorrosive and antirust effects, but also in biodegradability by micro bacteria.

- A tank cleaner for heavy crude oil, animal and vegetable oil fatty acids, and multipurpose detergent for inside and outside of containers
4. Usage tips and dilution ratio
- A. Direct spray method: Use a high-pressure tank washing machine
- B. Dilution ratio: Generally 3-10%, 30-100 L mixing per 1TON for washing water (seawater or fresh water)
5. Usage with high-pressure tank washing machine
- A. Initiate cleaning: Recommend washing inside of tank with seawater or fresh water at 50-60℃ before using ALOHA SWING
- B. ALOHA SWING usage tips
  - 1) Put 3-10% original liquid (washing water 1TON: original liquid 30-100L) into mixture tank
  - 2) And washing water capacity accounts for about 5-10% of the chemical tank so as to increase the occurrence of the water current
  - 3) The dilution ratio varies according to the extent of contamination, and it is good to keep the washing water temperature at 30-50℃ to get the best effect, and one pail of original liquid can wash one or two tanks when comparing the extent of contamination
- C. Final cleaning: After cleaning with the chemical, wash with seawater or fresh water before drying
6. Recycling method
- A. Prepare 3-10% ALOHA SWING solution in a tank near a pump room
- B. Do recycling for one hour at 30-50℃ using a tank high-pressure washing machine
- C. Put in sufficient recycling washing water for continuous recycling

- A. Keep one meter from washing parts or walls, spray original liquid or dilutions three or four times
- B. Leave on at least 2-20 minutes after spraying

- E. Store (slop) washing water in tank to continuously strip during washing

- C. Filter cleaning: Air dry or use floor cloth with cotton, wash with water after 10 minutes with a 1:2-5 dilution ratio in an empty container (adjust dilution and time according to kind of oil)
- D. Nonmetal: No need for additional rinse except to do painting
- E. Metal parts: Don’t rinse tank or wet parts. Not become rusty and corrosive because anticorrosion is implanted on the surface. It may be safe to rinse with water if parts can dry immediately
- F. Other metal surfaces: It may be safe to rinse with water that rapidly dries on metal surfaces and paint or coatings with other materials. ALOHA SWING erases stains and deposits with an anticorrosive agent

3. Usage scoup
- A. Remove rust, water scale of every parts when repair vessel machinery, factory machine, others
- B. Remove rust and rust stain before painting of pump room, engine room, deck, ceiling and panel
- C. Removr rust and stain of cast, steel manufacture, tools, building structure etc
4. Usage and methods of dilution
- A. Dilution ratio : Using original liquid is take superior effect
- B. Usage temperature : Capable to usually condition but 40-60C is more effect
- C.Washing tips : Be able to up washing effect according to mixing degree in immersion and pressure in spray but is able to use immersion or spray
- D.Cycling tips : This is let liquid to cycle in everywhere until wash finished, should confirm whichever cycle or not completely in everywhere in case of adopt this way
- E.Required time : About 10-30 minutes require(heavy rust require immersion about one night)
- F. General usage
  - 1) Put container wash water fully to completely immersed
  - 2) Completely remove oil of surface for most effect
  - 3) Put rusten article in container. Light rust is removed for 10 ~ 30 minutse but one night of heavy rust
  - 4) Wash with water after upper process. If rust remain, immerse till remove completely
  - 5) It is antirust effect during 2 ~ 3 weeks that naturally dry after immerse momently in fresh wash liquid purpose for prevent rerust
  - 6) Case of some coating or painting surface of metal, recommend rinse to ALOHA RUST ( Coating remain some thickly coner)
