TCS-3(IMO)

TCS-3 does not contain silicate, phosphate, toxic chloride, or abradants, is safe for the environment and is a tank cleaner and multipurpose detergent that has been recognized as a product that has achieved the Fish Acute Toxicity Test (a minnow) and biodegradation tests required by the IMO.
It is suitable for old oil stains, polluted parts, in galleys, bathrooms, for grounds washing, and is usable on all metal parts, machinery, vehicles, office goods, etc. It particularly has a predominant effect in the case of cargo tank (NLS TANK) cleaning for vessels.
Also, its surface tension is low, so it penetrates in polluted places excellently, and removes heavy crude oil, soot, asphalt, carbide stains, animal and vegetable oil fatty acids, and provides cleanliness after cleaning, especially preventing environmental pollution because its biodegradability is excellent.

3. Usage scoup
- It is excellent for removing heavy crude oil, soot, asphalt, carbide, chemicals and animal-vegetable oil fatty acids, as a tank cleaner and oil remover, a multipurpose detergent for water stains, soap stains, all kinds of old dirty stains, etc. Cleans water scale and rust stains for repairing ships, equipment, etc
4. Usage tips and dilution ratio
- A. Direct spray method: Use a high-pressure tank washing machine
- B. Dilution ratio: Generally 1-10%, 10-100 L mixing per 1TON for washing water (seawater or fresh water)
5. Usage with high-pressure tank washing machine
- A. Initiate cleaning: Recommend washing tank inside with seawater or fresh water at 50-60℃ before using TCS-3
- B. TCS-3 usage tips
  - 1) Put 1-10% original liquid (washing water 1TON: original liquid 10-100 L) into a mixture tank
  - 2) And washing water capacity accounts for about 5-10% of the chemical tank so as to increase the occurrence of the water current
  - 3) Use various dilution ratios according to the extent of contamination, and it is good to keep water temperature at 30-50℃ to get the best effect, and one pail of original liquid can wash two or three tanks compared to the extent of contamination

6. Recycling method
- A. Prepare TCS-3 1-10% solution in a tank near a pump room
- B. Do recycling for one hour keeping at 30-50℃ using a tank high-pressure washing machine
- C. Put in sufficient recycling washing water for continuous recycling
7. Hand spray method for inside tank
- A. Keep one meter from washing part or wall, spray original liquid or dilutions three or four times
- B. Wait at least two to 20 minutes after spraying

8. Immersion washing method

TCS-3T

TCS-3T is powerful emulsion tank cleaner for removing heavy crude oil, soot, asphalt and carbide stains, and this product is suitable for most metal bases acid fatty and hydrocarbon with special non-ion, positive ion surfactant.

8. Rock and roll washing method for double-bottom tank
- ⊙ Time, temperatures and mixture of cleaning solution are very important for perfect cleaning of double-bottom tank
- A. Heat up remaining fuel oil, and trim ship to pump out maximum fuel oil
- B. Wash tank with seawater and do continuous stripping
- C. When seawater flushing is finished, close all entrance and exit valves of engine room
- D. Put TCS-3T original 1-2 L per tank capacity ton the first time through a sounding pipe or manholes, and next fill 20-30% seawater in a tank
- E. Heat up inside tank until at least 60℃, and keep the temperature for 24 hours. If the vessel does not have a heating system, heat up inside tank using steam, and keep up temperature
- F. Fill tank with 70-80% seawater and keep heating up to just 60℃ for 48-72 hours
- G. After discharge and stripping and filling with seawater until 50-60% of the tank is full, empty again after two hours
- H. Continuously wash with seawater for almost two hours and do stripping.
- I. Check through tank manhole for the necessity of a second stage or not
- J. If it happens to be severely polluted or more than 180 centistokes at 50℃ of fuel oil, the second stage should be put TCS-TJ. Put TCS-3T in at the second stage, then fill the tank with up to 50% seawater and keep heating at least up to 60℃ for 48-72 hours
- K. Continuously do discharge and stripping, and rinse with water that is pressurized for one to two hours by using a sounding pipe or washing machine (the pressure should be keep high so long as permitted)
- L. When rinsing is finished, next overflow through an air vent or sounding pipe for gas-free that fill with seawater, finally clear discharge and stripping
- ⊙ Reference tip: If a tank is not severely polluted or centistokes at 50℃ of fuel oil is lower than 180, it can be done only with a one-step cleaning procedure

9. Washing method for lubricating oil heat exchanger oil part
- ⊙ For the best effect, use a washing method that heats up a TCS-3T water solution of 20%, and do recycling methods
- A. Stop oil supply and then separate the entrance valve and outlet valve of the heat exchanger, and discharge the remaining oil
- B. Connect the outlet part to the lower connection of the heat exchanger and connect the inlet part of the pump to the ground outlet of a 200L drum, and the upper connector of the heat exchanger is connected to the upper part of the drum, then confirm whether or not the circulation and connection parts are normal, and install the underwater heater in drums
- C. Put TCS-3T in a drum and wash with the method that is heated to 60-70℃ and use the recycling method. If heating is impossible, use long-term working hours
- D. Cycling should be maintained for at least 10-12 hours, and if washing is finished, discharge the washing detergent separately from the bottom of the heat exchanger
- E. After connecting the upper part of the heat exchanger to a high-pressure hose, supply fresh water and continuously rinse until clean water comes out from the bottom of the heat
- F. When rinsing is completely finished, separate all the equipment and completely discharge and dry the heat exchanger

TCS-5

TCS-5 does not contain silicate, phosphate, toxic chloride, or abradants, is safe for the environment and is mainly made of special non-ion component, low-foaming animal and vegetable oil with exclusive fatty acids, and is a tank cleaner that predominantly removes oil. Its alkalinity is easily removed when washed with the animal and vegetable fatty acid due to not forming soap.
It has superior penetration to not only wash the cargo tanks (NSL TANK) of vessels, but is also suitable to remove the animal and vegetable oil fatty acid base with a special non-ion surfactant role, prevents pollution and is effective for anti-rust and corrosion of every facility. It is also a tank cleaner with excellent biodegradability that is approved by the IMO.

TCS-PARA

TCS-PARA is an effective product for removing all kinds of paraffin wax, and is specially developed for vessel transport.

6. Recycling method
- A. Prepare 1-10% TCS-PARA solution in a tank near a pump room

- ⊙ The best washing method is to heat up a 50% TCS-PARA water solution and do recycling method
- A. Stop the oil supply and then separate the entrance valve and outlet valve of the heat exchanger, and let remaining oil be discharged
- B. Connect the outlet part to a lower connection of the heat exchanger, and the inlet part of the pump is connect to the ground outlet of a 200 L drum, and the upper connector of the heat exchanger is connect to the upper part of the drum, then confirm whether or not circulations and connection parts are normal, and install the underwater heater in drums
- C. Put TCS-PARA in a drum, and wash with water heated up to 60-70℃ and the recycling method. If heating is impossible, use long-term working hours
- D. The cycling time should be maintained for at least 10-12 hours, and if washing is finished, discharge the washing detergent from the separate bottom of the heat exchanger
- E. After connecting the upper part of the heat exchanger to high pressure hose, supply fresh water and rinse continuously until clean water comes out from the bottom of the heat exchanger

    After unloading heavy crude oil (base oil, petroleum-based), if using WWT standard when washing, more-effective washing can be done with our company's alkali product TCS-3, ALOHA SWING or neutral product TCS-3PLUS, ALOHA SWING PLUS than with TCS-RSR, but when washing with TCS-RSR is unavoidable, wash walls with primary Hot SW sufficiently (for three to five hours) and check walls, using TSC-RSR diluted with washing water (seawater or fresh water) is effective on animal-vegetable oil fatty acids, cargo of acid type, TCS-RSR and TCS-SCMR are effective

  - 1) First, remove scale and rust with a brush or wipe off before using TCS-RSR (if the rust is heavy, use a wire brush)
  - 2) For best results, remove oil and grease from surface
  - 3) Use detergent from a 50% solution of original liquid in cases of heavy corrosion and weld-repaired parts
  - 4) Use detergent with a 10-40% solution and completely wash with fresh water on the surface after 10-30 minutes in the case of less corrosion or polluted surfaces and discoloration of brass or copper
  - 5) Use detergent with a 10-20% solution and completely wash with fresh water on the surface after five minutes for aluminum
  - 6) Use detergent with a 10-20% solution and completely wash with fresh water on the surface after 10-40 minutes for stains on paint-coated surfaces
  - 7) Use detergent with a 10-40% solution according to degree of contamination and completely wash with fresh water on the surface after 10-50 minutes in the case of glass, ceramic ware, enamel, ceramic tile, etc.
  - 8) Use TCS-SCMR to remove congealed cement
  - 9) Use detergent with a 50% solution and wash with high-pressure water after 30 minutes to remove lime and cement
  - 10) Use detergent with a 5-10% solution through the recycling method for discoloration and rust on cargo line of epoxy tank and stainless (when spraying there, use a 5% solution), and continuously spray or recycle until rust and discoloration is removed
  - 11) Cycle with a 5-10% solution to remove white stains on tank walls with stearin, olein, palm oil, etc. after discharge. Spray with 5% solution detergent until clean
